A Home Vault, Tax Vault or Legacy Vault is an experience inside the ScanVault account your client already has, never a second app or a duplicate login. When their accountant provides a Tax Vault after their realtor provided a Home Vault, both simply appear under My Vaults.
You provide it. They own it.
Providing a vault never grants access to it. Your client decides what to share with you and when. Their other vaults, and any other professional's relationship with them, are never visible to you.
